Where is my recipe bonus?-
When you install EzyEating Pro, by default it will install into the C:\Program Files\EzyEating <ver.no.> Pro\ folder. Under this, the recipes are installed into the data\XML Bonus folder. All the recipes can be found there, ready for importing. If you have installed EzyEating Pro into a different folder, this folder structure will exist under the location you selected. If for some reason, you do not have this folder, please contact us.
- I have purchased the software, but where is my link?

In the current age of SPAM, many legitimate emails end up in the SPAM folder. If you are waiting more than 15 mins or so for your link to the full version of EzyEating, then please check your own SPAM folder.
The other thing worth checking is your PayPal email address. It is this email address that we send all correspondence to. It is a good idea to check this email and confirm it is still the most appropriate.
- When I try to download EzyEating, why does it tell me my ZIP or SETUP file is corrupt?

This message is reported when a file is not downloaded correctly, even if it looks like it has. If this occurs, try using a Download Manager such as GetRight from Headlight Software to help you out.

- I have purchased the full version of EzyEating so why can't I add any recipes?

You may have previously installed the demo version of EzyEating and for some reason, the full installation is not overwriting the demo. Try uninstalling the demo version then reinstalling the full version of EzyEating recipe software and you should be able to add all the great recipes you want!
- Does your software track calories or fat content?
