To make this ice cream, you need to mix the bananas until they become creamy. If the consistency is not smooth enough, you mix again. Having frozen bananas may be more helpful in making this ice cream. After mixing the bananas, you are supposed to chop your chilled mangoes and mix them with the bananas until you have a fine paste. Pour the dough into a dish, stir a few chopped almonds and dig into it. That’s right, blended bananas act as a dairy substitute and who needs the sugar when you have sweet mangoes, right? This ice cream does not even require freezing. Serve chilled, immediately.
