Although the pandemic may have made it difficult for some people to exercise, Choudhury said Do you offer Express that she did a lot of exercises at home during the closings. “The lockdown has helped me lose a lot of weight. I walk and run a lot and I also play a lot of basketball, which keeps me in shape.”
When it comes to her diet, Choudhury tells Indulge Express that she eats quite healthily, specifically, she limits the amount of sugar she eats. “More than a balanced diet, I believe in not consuming certain things. Sugar is the culprit in everyone’s diet and I control extra sugar intake.”
Choudhury tells Indulge Express that she practices the popular trend of intermittent fasting a few times a week. “Also, four days a week, I’m on the intermittent diet where I skip breakfast and have brunch and then dinner early.”
Choudhury tries to always lead a healthy life, especially before having an important job or a big shoot the next day. She tells the Indulge Express, “It’s a really good night’s sleep actually and I don’t drink alcohol or sugar the day before a very important video shoot. In video shoots, you can’t afford to have looking bloated or tired.”
Choudhury has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take good care of it. She told Indulge Express that the pandemic has made her take better care of her skin and listed some of her favorite products in the post. “I use Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum and La Shield Sunscreen SPF 40. I take lots of vitamin supplements and use jade massage rollers on my skin for good circulation.”
